Privacy policy

Last updated: 26 October 2026

We respect your privacy. This page explains briefly what data we collect, why, and how you can control it, in line with Law no. 124/2024 “On the protection of personal data” and, for visitors from the European Union, with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

1. Who we are

Ora Ilire is run by Bahri Kashi, NIPT M66916001H, at Rruga Komiteti i Kosovës, Shkodër. For any question about privacy: info@orailire.com.

2. What data we collect and why

When you book a ticket: your name, e-mail, phone number and the date and time of your visit, so we can make and confirm the booking. Card payment is handled securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Stripe may process this data outside Albania as well, under its own privacy policy. When you write to us, we use your name and message only to reply.

3. Cookies

Essential cookies – needed for the site to work, for example for the language and to remember your cookie choice.

Analytics – only if you click “Accept”. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, without identifying you personally; Google may process this data outside Albania. Nothing of it loads without your consent.

The map on the site is shown by Google Maps, which may set cookies of its own. You can change your cookie choice at any time by clearing cookies in your browser.

4. Where the site is hosted

The site runs on a server at Hetzner Online GmbH in Falkenstein, Germany, so inside the European Union. The server keeps technical access logs — IP address, time and the page requested — which we need to keep the site secure and working; we delete them once they are no longer needed.

5. How long we keep it

Only as long as your booking and legal obligations, such as invoices, require. After that we delete it.

6. Your rights

You have the right to ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us at info@orailire.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for the Right to Information and Protection of Personal Data (idp.al).
